    I am glad you are still around, don't give up!!! Are you stuck because of eating, or is the scale just being a $&@$?

    Well, it's a fact, I can't lose weight while eating whole grains and beans. I feel great, my skin glows, digestion is good, but weight loss? Nope! Yesterday I ate a quinoa corn muffin and some chickpea tabbouleh salad. Boom gained 1.5 lbs.
    I was counting calories too, i didnt go over 1800 gross, netted 1300 with all the gardening. I think starting next Monday it's going to be hardcore Dukan time. But I will stick around here so we can compare the difference in results
    Although the last 17 days has been by NO means a 17dd cycle 1 lol. I don't want anyone reading this to confuse that oh no!
    What's to be sure of, NO WINE this weekend. Seriously I need to resist this evening, although I know by 4:30pm I will be dying for my Friday glass!!!!

    3/02- 156.6 - I must point out I am super poofy from pizza last night!

    I am by no means on accelerate that is for sure....more like activate .. Activate ..eating more breads makes me stop dead lol. last night we didn't go out but my daughter came home from school, so she made a great salmon and veggies ...

    yeah I know what your drinking LOL ....its firday !!

    Next week I am starting p90x3....for 90 days...30 minutes a day.
    I know i will not be able to do just cycle one or I will feel like crap

    I have liked the accountability and get lost in huge posts and prefer a small group.
    What is Dukan?

    Oh great luck to you on p90x! I have a tried a few of the workouts and it is no joke!! No way you can do that on 17dd, you should follow their guidelines on nutrition. There is a good accountability group on here.

    I have also enjoyed the one on one, I think we have helped kickstart eachother a bit, so thank you!

    Dukan diet is another low carb program. I did it last fall and lost quickly, if I hadn't been such a fool o er the past few months I would have kept it off. That's what I need right now, quick results to keep motivated. It's gonna be tough but worth it- clearly no wine on that plan lol.

    My post cycle wrap up: I don't see this cycle as a failure, oh no not at all, because what it did was get me mentally back into a place where I am willing to work hard and sacrifice again. After months of zero motivation, I feel like I am back in the game. See you in the funny papers!
