Natural Appetite Suppressant

I am looking for a natural suppressant. Something that will make me feel full. I appreciate any and all help :happy:

    I'm not sure about an actual suppressant, but I try to choose foods by how much fiber compared to calorie is in them. If an item doesn't have enough fiber in it, it is not a part of my diet (except as a treat). The reason being, is that foods rich in fiber make you feel fuller longer, thus curbing your appetite. MFP suggests that my fiber intake should be 25g per day, I usually exceed that and manage finish the day below my calorie goal. One of my favorites is the original "Fiber One" cereal, 14g of fiber with only 60 calories. I use a bit of unsweetened almond milk, (I can't stand plain cows milk) and generally top it off with some banana and enjoy it with an orange. Including coffee my breakfast is about 170 calories and 18g of fiber, that keeps my going from 5am until lunch.
