    So surprised by this. Boys avert your eyes.....its TOM for me. I have never been this weight in over 6 years. I'm so pleased. My goal for this week is to maintain as i am going to London on Thursday and i'm not gonna lie, there will be alcohol and a fair amount of letting my hair down, but time will tell.

    All right, I'm a day later than I usually post my weigh-in but I'm glad I waited cause I sure like what the scale told be this morning.

    SW: 208 lbs
    LW: 196.3 lbs
    CW: 192.7 lbs
    GW: 140 lbs

    Met my goal of 2 lbs and then some!

    next week goal = 1.5 lbs and continue with my excersise. I want to do a 5k (walk not run) in May. So I am going to be pushing on my excercise this week. I am going to be walking 3.1 miles at least 4 times this week and trying to imporve my speed. I will let ya all know how it goes.
