Adding in Front squats

I would like to add front squats into the 5x5 routine but not sure best way to do it. I am thinking I have two options.

Option1 - instead of back squats on DL days (workout B) do back squats.

Option 2 - Just add them into workout A. I am thinking this is my best option as I already feel like I am not doing enough on theses days.

I appreciate any feedback.

    Option 3 - do it every "middle" day. So if you work out M/W/F add them in every Wednesday.

    I like the third option. so, tonight is middle day will try and add them in.

    Are you adding them in exchange for back squat? Or are you going to do both @5x5? Just curious because I like front squats also.

    I've been wanting to add in front squats too, I'll try adding it to the middle workout too :) I feel like my quads don't get worked enough.

    I am going to add them in. No reason just cause I like them.:smile:
