I have just completed the last ever plyo cardio circuit!! Roll on recovery week :-) :-)

I am so proud of myself for getting this far it has definitely not been easy and no doubt its going to get a lot harder next month but I am up for the next challenge- as I'm sure you all are too!

Well done everyone for sticking it through and enjoy your recovery (I havent had the chance to look at it yet hopefully it's not too taxing)

    Didn't do it today but will do tomorrow. My computer right now is just....Ugh!!! I'm using the IPad right now. Today was just ****.

    Yaaay we did it...GOODBYE month one!!!

    I've been travelling over the last few days so I had to do Plyo and recovery back to back this morning.

    Looking forward to recovery week and the INSANE part of me is looking forward to the challenge of moth two, it is just so motivating seeing just how much my fitness has improved and I am starting to notice changes in my body as well.

    Month 2 is looming!! Great job everyone!!! I really don't think I would have kept going if it wasn't for this group so thank you everyone!!!

    I'm nervous for month 2 but I'm also excited. But first! Recovery Week!

    Let's keep killing it guys! Or at least shoving it slightly :tongue:

    Did my Plyo! I did the warm-up without a break! Yes, it wasn't at max but still! It's an improvement for me. ^-^

    Lol looming is a very good word. I'm excited to be done this far, and less excited to be starting month 2 in a week. But I guess we just need to remember to keep pressing play.

    I am disapointed that I haven't seen any results, but (I think i've vented about it before on this board) I haven't been eating well. I always let myself splurge on special occasions- which is fine when that's once or twice a month, but this month I've had:

    *my parents came in for my mother's 50th birthday and wanted to go for tex mex with margaritas, cupcakes (austin has a famous cupcake trailer) and of course wine
    * best friends bachelorette party weekend which included a wine tour in the hill country with a complimentary french restaurant stop
    * my birthday. I can't say NO to cake when it was specifically bought by the office for me. That's rude- especially sine I'm kind of new at my job & still making friends
    *SXSW = free food and booze.
    * Best friend's wedding this weekend.

    THIS WILL BE MY LAST RANT BECAUSE AFTER THIS WEEKEND NO EXCUSES. Month two. I need it!!!!
