I am on my first DD

I am ready for this....Did half hour on the stationary bike and I am playing golf today. Got my meal figured out. Life is good.
A little about myself. I am 62 and I need to lose about that much in weight. Please add me as a friend and lets help one another in this challenge!:happy:

    Its working for me where low carbing didnt.

    I'm in the middle of my third week and seeing results! clothes are baggy and have lost at least 1/2 inch off thigh, calf, hip, waist and upper arm.

    I'm 64, so I do understand it can be harder, but the every other day thing is great for us.

    I figure I can get through the down days because I know tomarrow i can have those foods I missed.

    How's it going Joan? have you been able to keep your DD's low?

    This is my first week....Today is a DD which I have no trouble doing. Monday I get to weight myself. I didn't measure myself but hopefully the clothes will tell the tale. I am going to keep my fingers crossed that in three weeks time I have your success!
