Is there a complete Ashtanga primary series on the 'net?

Sometimes I could use an internet version of the Ashtanga Primary series to check my movement against or just to work out with.

Is there one out there that gives the whole sequence?

    Not sure if it's on the net but I have the David Swenson Ashtanga primary series DVD. It's pretty great, of course he is the master so you see him do all sorts of things that are super difficult, but he's good with explaining the variations. It might be on YouTube.

    All I know about is the same one as KombuchaCat. David Swenson is a great teacher and well respected (and lives in my home town) I did find this, but it's a bit more advanced :wink: :

    Ashtanga is my favorite and, unfortunately, no classes or Mysore available where I live (sad face). I'm on vacation this week and went to an amazing Primary series led class and I was able to get into marichiasana D and supta kurmasana with an assist for the first time ever! Could never have done that on my own- maybe I need to train my 5 year old to assist! But, being this was vacation and not the norm, I have to do the same and look for other alternatives. I love Kino McGregor's DVD- she has an amazing and lovely practice and tons of "how to" videos on youtube. Also, Yogaglo has different versions of primary series- short forms, full led, more mysore style, etc.

    Definitely check out youtube. I know there are a few posted on there. Also, if you haven't already, look into Kino McGregor's youtube videos (KinoYoga). While she doesn't have any complete lesson's, she breaks the asanas down and does them step by step. I'm fairly confident I also remember a complete video of the closing asanas, as well. I hope this helps!
