I was nervous I wasn't going to be able to workout at lunch today, but I was able to.
I'm on a roll with working out. I think its starting to feel like a routine for me, which is great.0 -
Good job! Just got it done too. Still very challenging but I feel myself getting stronger for sure. When we started level 2, for the jump rope part, I was still only doing the small jump. Now I do the big jump almost the whole time. Feeling good!!0

Wow that is awesome you are doing the double-jump rope. I still do the single, but I might try a couple times to do the double.0
