I should go to London more often if i'm gonna lose 3 lbs!!! Walked all over the place, plus sometimes with my suitcase, so weighted walking plus getting up and down stairs in the tube stations was a killer.

Met my goal of 2 lbs and then some!
Almost met my weight goai for last week, was shooting for 1.5lbs and ended up with 1.1, (I'll Take It!).
Exercise goal met! - Walked 4 times since last weigh in. My average mile has gone from 16:59/per mile on March 1st to 15:25 on March 18th.
Weight goal this week - 2 lbs
Exercise goal this week - At least 4 days walking at 15:25/per mile or below and find a waist/tummy routine that I do not hate. (if anyone has suggestions for the last one, please let me know)0 -
