How are things going so far? Great? Alright? So-so? Not so hot?

No matter how this first week has gone for you and your personal goals, remember that it is never too late to make healthy choices. I want you to keep this principle in mind as you make your food and activity choices every day - IT IS NEVER TOO LATE. Just because you ate a donut in the break room does not mean that the whole day is wasted.

We all do this to ourselves:

"I blew it at work today so I'm just going to eat whatever I want the rest of today and start fresh tomorrow." Don't say that!
"I already took this third slice of pizza, now it's on my plate, so I have to eat it." Don't say that!
"I've already taken 2 bites of this third slice of pizza, so I have to finish it." Don't say that!
