I'm Rachel, 5'2 and 24. I was really successful on Weight Watchers 4-5 years ago, but the new Points Plus system really messed me up. My boyfriend has been my personal trainer for the past few months and I feel like I'm getting fitter but not necessarily losing weight. So, I'm trying to focus on my diet now to slim down. I'm hoping to be at least 130 by May 27, my 25th Birthday! Feel free to add me as a friend - I could always use more!0 -

ABOUT YOURSELF - I am an active grandmother of 3 grandchildren , grand daughter 7yrs old~grandson 12 months~baby grand daughter 1 month & one baby grandson due in July~ I taught elem school for 32 yrs & retired 4 yrs ago~ I am enjoying my retirement by spending time exercising , traveling, & playing with grand kids~I do Pilates 3 times a week for 1 hr a day & Zumba 2 days a week~
I am ready to start a good challenge to motivate me to lose weight by my birthday~ July 11~I will turn 60 & I want to be in great shape by then~Good luck! :flowerforyou:0 -
