    But I did not realise 10 dates would have so many calories. Just as well I went for a long run

    I am out! Calories good, exercise good, just couldn't log! But I knew yesterday would be a hard day to log and sign in. I knew this was going to be rough at the end of the month! But I will follow along on my own.

    I'm a little early, but got a busy evening and didn't want to miss this!! Exercise is done for the day and food is all planned out!!! So, if all goes well.....numbers should be fine!!

    I am so ready for Summer, I can't hardly stand it. If you haven't already, why don't you do some Spring Cleaning in your kitchen? Throw away (or give to someone in need) all those trigger foods you know you shouldn't have in the house. Bring in all the healthy fruits and vegetables that are going to get you going in the right direction.

    Then, move to your clothing. Get rid of all those "BIG" clothes that you know don't fit anymore, but you are hanging on to them "just in case"!! There's no turning back...No going back to bad eating....No going back to no exercise....Toss them too!! :love:

    This is the start of a new season, a new you, and a new life!! LIVE IT!!! :heart:
