    Kathy’s Homemade Turkey vegetable soup

    4 cups unsalted chicken stock 112 g roasted turkey breast
    230 g carrots 230 g celery 135 g onion 130 g cabbage 160 g frozen green beans
    Directions
    - Add all cut vegetables to chicken stock, simmer for one hour. Add turkey simmer 5 min. Serve. Enjoy

    SELF magazine came out with their Spring 2014 Special - Healthy Eating Made Easy issue. It's $11 but it has fantastic healthy recipes as well as really great weight loss tips. I bought a copy for myself as well as recommended it to my other MFP pals. Worth a look!
