Fit test #3 results

So today I did the third fit test (a little earlier than scheduled as would most likely have passed out if I did it on Monday!)

Here are my results:

Switch kicks 61/87/120
Power jacks 43/37/40
Power knees 80/81/81
Power jumps 42/24/35
Globe jumps 9/8/10
Suicide jumps 13/13/16
Push up jacks 18/22/21
Low plank oblique 23/24/28

The first fit test I counted improper form as well as proper, the second two I only counted proper form so I am really chuffed! Some of them. I have the same results but on others I really surprised myself with my improvements :-) really pleased

    Well done, super improvement on the power jumps and your switch kicks...wow wow wow!!! Shaun T himself would be real impressed.

    I did my Fit Test #3 a day early as well. Here goes:

    Switch Kicks - 52/60/72
    Power Jacks - 57/61/66
    Power Knees - 75/85/99
    Power Jumps - 35/40/50
    Globe Jumps - 10/12/16
    Suicide Jumps - 18/20/22
    Push-Up Jacks - 25/26/29
    Low Plank Oblique - 30/35/39

    I saw increases in everything. Felt so good. I dont feel terrible after

    I just thought id add the measurements as. I didnt really think i was getting anywhere until i took em today

    Chest - 42" /41"/ 40"
    L Bicep - 14 1/2" / 14 1/2" / 14"
    R Bicep - 15" / 14 1/2" / 14"
    Waist - 39" / 38" / 37"
    Hips - 39" / 37 1/2" / 37"
    L Thigh - 23 1/2" / 23" / 22"
    R Thigh - 23" / 23" / 22"
    L Calf - 16" / 15" / 15"
    R Calf - 16" / 15" 15"

    Thats already 11 1/2 " off since the start

    You guys are an inspiration. Keep it up!!! Month 2 has nothing on us!!!!!!

    Awesome job everyone!

    I just did the fit test and am taking a short break before starting my Max Interval Circuit. But in the meantime here are my results:

    Switch kicks: 49 - 67 - 83 (I count individual kicks)
    Power jacks: 18 - 34 - 43
    Power Knees: 40 - 48 - 60
    Power Jumps: 16 - 17 - 17
    Globe Jumps: 6 - 6 - 7
    Suicide Jumps: 10 - 12 - 11
    Power Jacks: 28 (knee push-ups) - 15 (regular push-ups) - 6 REAL PUSH-UP JACKS!!
    Low Plank Oblique: 20 - 20 - 23

    Day 36 Fit test was an overall success! I did notice however, that I tend to burn myself out a bit in the beginning. I go all out in the first exercises and then the latter half is less of an improvement than the beginning. But that being said, they were all an improvement except for maybe suicide jumps and power jumps. But in the end the push-up jacks make up for doing worse in suicide jumps for me :tongue:

    I still have room for growth and improvement so I will keep that in mind.

    May month two have mercy on our bodies and souls!

    Littlecely well done on the push up jacks! Look how far you have come in just one month really well done :-)

    We deserve a huge cheer for sticking it out and now we can see it really is paying off!

    I did the Fit Test today since Monday I did nothing (yeah I know, bad girl). But I re-motivated myself. Did Plyo yesterday (owowowow) and today doing what I should have done Monday. I'll basically be a day behind everyone.

    Switch Kicks: 92 ---- 118 ---- 136
    Power Jacks: 36 ---- 54 ---- 62 (I could do it the whole time but I need to go faster)
    Power Knees: 57 ---- 73 ---- 80 (I got dizzy while doing these?! Anyone else?)
    Power Jumps: 26 ---- 48 ---- 50 (Not much improvement but could go for waaay longer. And my pants kept falling off.... I may need new ones)
    Globe Jumps: 7 ---- 12 ---- 10
    Suicide Jumps: 9 ---- 13 ---- 14
    Push-up Jacks: 1 ---- 15 ---- 30 (had to do plank push-ups again. I'm planning on the final Fit Test to do actual push-ups. But I doubled AND went deeper do the floor!)
    low plank oblique: 36 ---- 50 ---- 67 (again on plank position. And like the Push-Up Jacks, will be doing the normal push-up position on the final test)

    My form is getting better and I can do things longer with less and shorter breaks. I'm hoping soon I need to no breaks and I can start focusing on speed. Let's beat Month 2 everyone!
