I WISH I COULD JUST TELL YOU TO KEEP AT IT, BUT YOU GOT TO DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. (Why am I typing in CAPS lol, not shouting, promise). Anyway, I have dropped out of a few challenges in the beginning, I hadn't figured out what my body and my time could handle yet, but now I can find the balance. Please do stay if you can, but if not, see u next month. I am thinking of ABS CHALLENGE so stay tuned! x0

overhead presses
chest flys
bicep curls
triceps extension
bicycles
reverse crunches
leg raise crunch
lunges=45 each leg
squats=45

I actualy can go pretty low on squats but i noticed today 25lb weights dont allow that. So im going back to 10lb weights . . I want everything microwave fast, but in all reality if there not done in proper form I WONT GET THE FULL BENFITS..0
