My dad wanted lasagne for family dunner, so i did one normal and one with zucchini substitute for noodle. I was,a hit!

    I dont even bother making the regular (pasta) noodle version for my family anymore.
    The zucchini version is sooo much better! I find that it stays moist and doesnt get that wierd gumminess that the pasta noodles have the day after.

    i was very pleasantly surpised that my family actually vebtured into the "low carb lasagne" and liked it!!! maybe next time we will do away with the noodles completely

    Not at all! It adds a nice bit of moisture, but isn't runny at all.

    no it wasn't watery, i think nest time i might make the zucchini lair a little thicker, but it was really good not mushy. it was just delicious

    washingtonred suggested using eggplant slices so i may try that in the very near future as well
