I was just wondering what all of you are planning after obtaining your Ideal Weights?
Special Trip somewhere? Shopping Spree?
I'll be hoping to join a boxing gym three times and attending three times a week. Also getting a tattoo that I've been wanting to get for three years now.

New tattoo. :-D
My grandmother and I used to have a ton of nice porcelain teacups with saucers - English rose tea set type things. As I've grown and moved all of the porcelain cups have broken. I still have all of her Depression-era glass cups/saucers, but no porcelain anymore. So, on the inside of my right arm, I'm having a Sailor Jerry style teacup and saucer done with stargazer lilies behind the cup. There will be sugar cubes on the saucer and a traditional banner scroll around the whole thing that reads "Take Your Lumps."
A constant reminder to take what life throws at you, but with class and grace.0 -

I am also getting a Fit Bit. I have the Wii program and can use it with that. Very excited. I was also thinking a tattoo. Just a small one. I lost my sister to cancer in 1993 and have been wanting one in remembrance of her.0

I got myself a fitbit one a couple of weeks back and I love it! It be worth getting even before you get to Phase 4, just so that you can compare
The sleep mode too, is a big eye opener. It shows you how many times you wake up or are restless in a night. Overall, I'm not nearly sleeping enough.
I hope that you gals can benefit from the Fitbit too

Speaking from experience, the FitBit is an awesome idea. Set a goal for steps or calories burned. I'm "Sharon DK" if you want to be friends on FitBit. You can synch it with MFP so that your calories burned are deducted from your intake.
Another good thing to do when you are finishing IP is to start a daily exercise regime. I did 30 Day Shred. It was 23 minutes long, and I could get it done before the kids woke up. II figured if I could commit to IP for 3 months, than 30 days with Jillian was achievable. I got great results, I guess with all the fat gone it was easier to see those toned muscles shining though. I could actually see my abs, which was a first for me. It also helped me maintain my weight loss I worked so hard for.0 -
One of the instructors from my burlesque school is a belly dance teacher, I'm thinking about signing up for her level one classes when she offers them again.0
