Whey Induction?

Hi, can someone tell me if Whey will stall my induction? I just started yesterday. I have a hard time getting enough protein from meat sources so I thought I would try Whey (Tera's Whey, 4g Carb) with unsweetened almond milk and flax seed.

    Whey will spike your insulin lvls even if it is 1g carbs per scoop because that's its delivery system. I had months of stall until I substituted whey for casein.

    Thanks...I haven't seen any casein products. I didn't know they made such a thing. I'll keep an eye out for it. Thanks again!
