I got to day 4 and then hurt something in my right glute - and I mean it hurt like hell to walk for several days. I gave myself 2 weeks off and am am back at it again. I think I have to go a little easier during those side lunges...
anybody else quit and are starting again?

Yes, I've just had about 2 weeks off whilst on holiday, still ran, swam etc as usual the entire time but my first session back yesterday certainly took some doing. I usually do 2 sessions of 30 day shred with 6 week 6 pack level 2 but I'm going to work back up to that!0
