Guess I'll add to this! I started on Sunday, 3/23 and will be completing Level 1, Day 5 tonight! I'm surprised that I can already tell a difference in my endurance... it was much easier last night than the first night.0

There really is a buzz! Isn't it great? I've noticed that too - it's also got me re-thinking the time of day I workout. I usually don't workout until about 8pm, and like to be in bed by 10, but I've noticed that I'm so hyped up after the workout, it's hard to fall asleep. Might be a good thing to do early in the morning, instead!Day four for me, its a killer but love the buzz when finished workout
I completed day 5 yesterday, and will be doing day 6 today of level 1! I'm noticing it's getting easier
