Exercise Cals?

I'm new here and I have some questions about earning calories thru exercise. Is it wise to eat them or better to not? I'm trying to stay around 1200 calories a day. I try to exercise at least 1/2 an hour five days a week minimum. Thoughts anyone?

Hi there and welcome! I always eat most of mine back, but it does depend on what method you are using.

Thank you for the feedback. After reading the article I think I understand the exercise calories a little better. I've been reading through some old messages on this board and enjoying the support shown here to others.
