    Hey everyone!

    I'm Lelia and I'm 18, 5'9 and about 130lbs
    I'm recovering from an eating disorder and hoping to stay near this weight but probably regain muscle and gain a little bit
    I'd love to add anyone with similar stats, goals, or backgrounds!!

    I'd like to tone up, improve my posture and flexibility, and especially strengthen my core muscles
    I do not want to add any bulk, so I plan on sticking to high-rep strength workouts, such as pilates and pure barre, and cardio.
    Although I want to be more streamlined, I am def. into still maintaining some curve and softness to my body . I am a girly girl (despite my silly profile photo) and not into the hard look - no 6 pack or bulging biceps for me, please!

    Last year I was almost 130 and gave up wheat.
    Just on focusing on what I was putting in my mouth I dropped 10 lbs.
    Now I'm looking at building strength. Anyone in the same boat?
