Goal: Keep going with T25 currently on day 4 today.
also keep my food a little more under control over the weekend... this week I put on almost 2lbs from last weekend and as of yesterdays weight I lost that and a pound. Same thing happened the weekend before. imagine what I can do if im not having to losing my 2lbs gain and an addition 1 if I was controlling myself more. I am still happy with what I have done I feel amazing none the less.0 -

So not much yoga after last weeks post, but have done it twice so far this week. Have been keeping my water up. That pesky problem us ladies have once a month is upon me this weekend, so i'm not expecting a loss next week. I already feel like a pudding.
Had such a craving for a greasy doner kebab from the local takeaway this week. I did not give in, i made my own healthier version and it took my craving away. It was deeeeeeeeeeeeeelish.

goal from last week not met, down 0.1 of a pound, (better than up). So here we go. I really wanna reach that 20lb loss!
Weight goal this week - I need 2.6 lbs to get to my 20 pound goal so I am goint to go big this week.
Exercise goal this week - keeping this pretty much the same - At least 4 days walking at 15:25/per mile or below. I am getting T25 in the mail soon, so hoping to start that this week.0
