Saw this list online and wanted to share:
1. You will wake up with a clear head tomorrow
2. You will sleep soundly instead of tossing and turning with guilt about being out of control
3. You will wake up with a positive disposition toward the new day
4. You can go to a morning yoga class or take a walk instead of skipping it because you feel self-conscious
5. You will wake feeling refreshed rather than groggy and hung-over
6. You will be present with the people you see tomorrow (rather than stuck inside endless negative thinking)
7. You will foster positive feelings tomorrow rather than feelings of guilt, disgust, and shame
8. You will enjoy you meals tomorrow rather than feeling you have to punish yourself and not eat
9.You will be present with whatever feelings are here right now rather than avoiding them
10. You will pave new neural pathways in your brain so that binging becomes less and less appealing
11. You’re worth it
12. You are learning to love your body and stop abusing it
13. You know that the temporary feeling of numbness and comfort will only last a few seconds before spiraling into vicious hours of self-disgust, regret, and anxiety
14. You feel empowered when you say no and do what you know is the best thing for you
15. Breakfast will taste ten times better
16. You’ll have a million times more energy tomorrow
17. You’ll be even stronger, so the next time you feel an urge to binge, you’ll remember that you were able to ride the wave of craving and come out standing
18. You want to get better for everyone around you – your partner, friends, family, children
19. You respect yourself
20. You deserve to feel good and have optimal health

If you don't have it already, you should get the "before I eat" app, by Alen Standish. Same guy who has a BED podcast.
It can be helpful.0
