Week 2 Level1 Day 3 - (10)

For the first time doing this, I worked out in the morning. I thought since I'm not as tired at 8am, like when I finally get to it at 8pm, I would feel differently doing the exercise. - Nope. It's still hard. LOL. My biggest struggles are the second set of side lunges, getting the barbells eye level and that jump roping exercise. My calves just burn and I end up marching in place. On the other hand I'm getting better at the pushups and situps!! woot. Planning on some treadmill work tonight.

    That's great you're feeling stronger! I've been slacking terribly. Missed a few days over the weekend but I'm making up for those days rather than starting over. Planning on doing some Zumba tonight as well.

    Got my Shred on... Cardio is the only thing I feel good with :) Everything else just hurts!
