April 24th - 30 day Shred STORY
So. It's been 1 month since I pledged to start this routine. I am starting a new one so I will summarize and review. I did really well for 22 days. Week 4 Level 2 Day 5
Yea ME. I did the routine this AM. My goal date was Easter! Sadly, I am only down 3 lbs, but I do feel more fit it that helps anything. I am going on vacation next week, so I probably won't be back after Sunday. I will be taking school week vacation off with kiddo. I will be back thou - On Level 3!!
Week 4 Level 2 Day 4
I had to work out this morning to Jillian!! I ate SOOOO much yesterday. I've got the work out under control. I journal every day, and everything thing. Just need to get the food under control and/or increase cardio.

Yesterday was half hearted. - did it, but "phoned it in" Will do better tonight. Hey, Emily Congrats on the weight loss - You are doing great. I haven't lost more than 3 lbs. But then again, I haven't really been sticking to a diet. - Haven't gained!!

Actually, I can't believe this is Week 4. Keeping with Level 2 - but I'm not as keen on it as Level 1. The planks are ugly. More than 3/4 of the way there.

Monday again. Did lots of cardio this weekend. I think I will do this every day this week in the AM, but I need to add more cardio in the afternoon to see more results. This week should be good weather - I will plan to go for walks at lunch.

Good Morning. Worked out 2x yesterday. Don't know what today holds it won't be until late tonight. On my diary page, they are advertising cheesecakes... Yummmm... Thanks a lot.
