Over a year and 3 months later.. Did you succeed?

I noticed I still had this in my group list. Always interesting to see where I was and where I am.
One thing I did learn is that you can't exercise off a bad diet and that exercise is good for toning and maintaining muscle. I'm back to walking and swimming and eating better. I'm down 11 lbs since last year. I was lower, then higher, now on the lower .... Hope you are all still on MFP and doing well.
