Congrats for getting this far, for those of us still with us haha! Level 2 is kicking my butt!

    Emily, It might just be you and I, at this point who are carrying the ball here. But I think Madbeader and maybe other ladies are lurking, perhaps still shredding, just not MFP'ing. Hope more ladies chime in.

    So, I did it this morning. ARG - those planks, especially the last twisty one and the jumpy one! - Like my technical terms? whateva...brutal.

    So, CONFESSION. this is keeping me honest and accountable- I did not do it yesterday... even though I promised myself (in writing) I would work out. I ended up going for a walk with a friend - - then going to dinner... Not my finest diet hour. It seems like it takes one evening to undo a week's worth of effort. Got to keep my eye on the goal here. It will pay off.
