Week 3: challenge and discussion HERE

25 squats x 2
25 lunges with kickback x2
25 side lunges x 2
25 reverse lunges
15 donkey kicks with leg lift (per side)
25 dumbell dead lifts

Hi challengers,

I hope you all have this but have written it out for those who might not.

This week you may try to increase weights or even reps if you are feeling comfortable enough to do so.

Any exercise you don't know, please YouTube or Google as they are difficult to explain in writing!

Ps Anyone seeing changes yet? Best if done as a 60-day challenge, so please do keep going after the 4 weeks if you like!

    Ps Magrape, you make me smile. I worked on my abs because my husband bought me a real skimpy bikini. I want my abs to look as good as the suit. LOL

    Today I worked the arms. When I wave the only thing I want waving are my hands. :D

    Such great feedback! Yes I agree, I hate my tummy n wobbly arms so I alternate between arm n abs during the week too.

    I am seeing a little lift, but the fat above my tush needs at least another month of kickbacks n lifts! But I won't give up!

    Yesterday only did 50 squats :-(. I didnt get to the other exercises. But that's 50 squats I wouldn't have done had I not been on this challenge. I notice changes in my legs - the quads look more toned.

    Oops! I've been bad about logging it in here but it is on my exercise diary here on MFP and friends can view it and my food diary what I am doing. I need to start the new moves though for week 3! Sorry!

    I'v been doing dips, planks, push ups, every day. Today i googled lisaissaa boat crunch and leg lift crunch. I gotta say Lissaisasa, oh my God i feel the burn. I did 2 x10 boat

    4/5 squats all lunges deadlift donkey kicks done. My internet keeps shutting down...rump hurts, good sign!! One week to go.My goal is to keep on with the chalenge and increase my sets & reps... Magrape im looking foward to next challenge.
