So I have now finally caught up and am looking forward to doing cardio conditioning and 'insane abs' itll be nice to do some abwork i personally feel insanity could incorporate more ab exercises in the workouts.
Tomorrow is going to be a long workout not too excited about the early start!

Ive found the upper body a bit lacking. As far as the abs, a lot of the work outs do some ab work you just have to force yourself to do it. The first couple weeks I didnt think it was doing anything, but then i started tightening them during the workout and i could barely get out of bed the next morning. You are getting a lot of ab workout and not realizing it. The two main things ive noticed insanity focuses on is the lower body and core, the two most important places to affect body change.
And yes 16 days to go!!!!!0
