I am excited to the point of geeking out about this challange. The prospect of being closer to 200 (if not under) is thrilling to me. It has been the kick in the pants I needed to get my butt back to the gym for the first time in over a month last night (I became the queen of excuses...tired, sick, had to clean, working overtime, and the list goes on). I changed my goals in order to push myself a little harder, and a little longer.....prepare to eat my dust ;)

Outstanding. I see nothing geeky about being motivated. Shmu and I will harp on folks to set modest, intermediate goals to attain along the way. Entering Onehundredland was one of my inchstones that made me feel terrific. My next is seeing the ten digit change on the scale--always great. Tuesday a seventy year old lady told me my jeans were baggy in the butt. The fact that my jeans were baggy was just as thrilling as knowing a seventy year old chick is looking at my butt.

Everyone needs to get the fitness bug, it's as important as controlling the intake. Work that net calorie number everyday!!

    Mule

I gotta say mule... that is hilarious!
  • I'm very excited too! I have been working really hard and just got out of the 230's (which seemed to take forever) and so my goal over the next 3 months is to get to 199! So exciting to think that if I just keep pushing I could be there (or at least really close) by the 4th of July! So glad I found this challenge! :-)
