I have done clean & presses with a 20kg kettlebell....not bad for a girl! I am really, really chuffed with myself

That's fab!! I'm just getting started with a 12KG. This week in our class was a great workout and easy to do at home......and it was the first time I got the whole way through the class with a 12KG so I was chuffed with that too!!!
If anyone fancies trying it the workout was:
5 sets of the following routine:
- 20 x KB swings
- 20 x KB squats
- 20 x KB squat to upright row
- 20 x KB deadlift
- 20 x press-ups0
