I always weigh on Wednesday. Here are my stats!
Starting weight: 154.4
Last week's weight: 148.36
Today's weight: 148.60
Net gain this week: .24
Overall loss: -5.8
Goal weight: 130 lbs
I almost look at this as maintaining since it wasn't a big change.
What worked: It was a good workout week! Felt really good about my routine.
What didn't: I had two days that weren't great food days. They were over the weekend. If you have one that's okay but two makes it hard to lose.0 -
Three down, 12 to go. I'm finding getting back to basics (making sure I drink lots of water, tracking all my food and regular exercise) has gotten my head back in the game.

Started my weight loss this past fall. I don't have a set date that I weigh in so I will probably update here every few pounds or so

ughhh super frustrated this morning.... Thursdays are my weigh-in days, and I have had a great week so far with workouts and eating healhy! The scale would NOT budge this morning.... I just keep telling myself plenty of other factors could be in play, and to keep at it for myself, and not just the scale.
Some days its harder than others to remind myself that I am doing this for me and my lifestyle NOT the numbers on the scale. STILL in full swing to try and lose these last pounds though! It just might fall off slower than I would like
Im up for any tips and suggestions please Also feel free to add me for extra support and motivation!

That's ok I had the same issue, I try & not let that get to me just as long as your doing great on your work outs & eating well.
