Where are you getting your fiber from? I am realizing I eat like zilch. My greens only gave me 1 gram. Please offer any suggestions.

    Question is are you having any trouble going to the bathroom? If so try cut out processed foods/dairy, increase veggies & fat.

    I had trouble with fiber when I started as well...here's my approach:

    1. Glucomannan - the local Vitamin Shoppe recommended I try...3 capsules, 3 times per day before meals...I did for two weeks and stalled, perhaps a coincidence, but no help in the bathroom and no weight loss...I stopped.

    2. Psyllium Fiber - I bought generic Kroger fiber capsules...5 capsules, 3 times per day before meals...I used for a month, no noticeable benefit, weight loss stayed consistent...I was discouraged and stopped.

    3. WellBetX PGX Plus Mulberry - Someone recommended this on /r/keto and I gave it a try...very noticeable difference, for a week I was in the bathroom daily and my weight loss seemed to skyrocket...over one weekend I lost 4 pounds so I was excited, but it leveled off...I still use...4 capsules, 3 times per day before meals.

    4. Flax Seeds - I think this has been the most beneficial for me...I bought a Magic Bullet blender, primarily to try bulletproof coffee, but ended up making amazing chocolate almond milk. I grind up one tablespoon of Now Real Food Certified Organic Golden Flax Seeds that I bought from Amazon, then add 2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, one tablespoon of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa, and 6 drops of liquid Splenda...it's an awesome desert and I've been regular since I started...I usually drink nightly.
