I've gone and hurt myself!

Over the past week or so I've been having a little back pain right over the left ribs...

Doing core cardio this morning (missed yesterday), level one drills, something popped right there and now it REALLY hurts. I had to quit today's workout.

I hope to be back at it tomorrow, but I'm not going to push it... Gonna wait til it stops hurting and right now breathing hurts.

Sorry guys. I may be out.

Still not giving up... If I'm forced to stop this time I'll start insanity over when I can...

    Have to listen to your body, if you're hurt you need to sit out. We'll still be here haha Get better soon
