MCT Oil calories and Stall Breaking

I take 2 tablespoons of Bulletproof MCT Oil every morning. Straight up by itself as I find the BPC to just be too rich for me this early in the day. It's 256 calories and I log it mostly to remind myself to take it. The question is, how many of you actually count these as calories consumed?
So far I have been counting it and staying in line with my 1400 calorie per day, but I'm wondering if I need more (or less) calories to break this stall. I've lost 10 lbs and about 14" and just stopped moving in both.
I'm 5'9, 157 lbs, desk work all day, so sedentary except the gym at lunch 3-5x a week with a 5 mile walk/run on the weekends.
I drink almost 2 gallons of water a day. My macros are 70% fat / 20% protein / 10% carb. If I go over my carbs at all, its with leafy greens or occasionally berries. I've tried both more and less dairy. I have a habit of not eating enough food, so I've been trying to increase my calories some, even going over a few times the last couple of weeks to see if it makes a difference.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Exercising that way makes you moderately active, not sedentary. Try increasing your calories for a few weeks....I would think you're not eating enough by a long shot.0

I use an UP24 device to track my calories burned for the day, so I go by that. I don't seem to burn nearly enough, except on the days that I do my 5 mile walk/run.0
