Hi guys!!
Hope you're all sticking with it and seeing results! Week 4 is here and we are almost at the end of challenge, but I know I'm going to keep up with it in one way or another, I like what I'm seeing! Or actually what I'm not seeing so much of!
I hope everybody has their copy of the challenge, I just posted on my MFP page too so add me if you don't have it.

Holy crap! I looked at the chart wrong I did three sets of 25 reps for each of the following:
squats w/10 lbs
lunges w/kickbacks
side lunges w/10 lbs
reverse lunges w/10 lbs
donkey kick with leg lift
dumbbell deadlifts 10 lbs
sumo squats w/10 lbs
I was unable to do sets consecutively. It took 18 minutes to get through each set. I guess I should have read the chart more carefully.0 -

Much better today, 37 minutes to do the whole workout rather than 52 minutes. I also did a 21 minute Leslie Sansone workout

No i will not be able to double up tomorrow.

Dear challengers:
We DID IT!! Everyone has been so awesome and amazing at this challenge that I must say it pushed me to commit and exceed my own expectations! I have seen changes in the legs n glutes and am so excited that I'm adding week 3/4 to my regime from now on. Maybe not daily but at least 3 times per week dedicated to this Bootay! Ha!
I hope you guys got something out of this, I loved the support and positive vibes from all involved, and would like to know if any of you took pics? Let's see those changes and vote for most improved!!

Yes, this was a real good workout! I did notice changes. For instance my butt is firmer and lifted. I had lost my weight prior to this challenge, therefore I did not do this challenge to lose weight but to build muscle. I do believe I did just that. I did take a before picture, however I do not think I wore the best pants to show any physical results. I should have worn swim trunks. Unfortunately I felt uncomfortable doing that. I will take an after pic in the same pants, hopefully we can see something with our eyes. If not, I certainly feel the difference and I am quite pleased.

WE DID IT, i missed two days, but I SEE A CHANGE IN THIGHS GLUTES EVEN WAIST. i will take a pic latter, pants i wore first pic are baggy. Dont know if u can see change through them, but i know its there. Muscle is firmer in backend and thighs. Inner thighs got a tiny bit firmer. Im happy. You women are truely an insperation, kept me going when i wanted to give up. 4x a week i will be doibg this chalkenge. I labeled it MAGRAPE'S KILLER GLUTE & THIGH WORK OUT...0

This was a really wonderful challenge for me. It was hard, much more than I would have done without the challenge. The sides and backs of my legs are muscled up (big change), and my butt went from nada to a little something, which, is more than I expected. Thanks!!!!0
