Hitting Plateau

I have been working on weight loss for weeks now and I'm doing good. My problem is that I may have hit a plateau. For anyone not familiar with this term, it a spot where you stop dropping weight.

So my question is, how do some of you get past this weight plateau?

    I think you have to "change it up" a bit...change the type of exercise you do...or if your using weights...just do those a bit differently. That seems to help with me.

    That's a great idea. I don't t do a lot of weights because I don't want to add any muscle mass at this time. I have been rotating my exercises and routines. I like your idea. Maybe shake it up a bit.
