I just wanted to welcome everyone and thank you for joining me in my endeavor to run a 5K. I tried Couch to 5K twice in the past & each time... got stuck on the 4th week. Found Conservative Couch to 5K back toward the beginning of the year and was doing great, but had to stop when I had a back injury in April.

I am on my 5th Week. Phase 2 Week 1.

I just thought a support group would be nice. Let's cheer each other, discuss problems, tell each others what was good/bad/special unique about their walk/run.

    I am excited about this! I will look at the plan and start on week 4 maybe.

    I am starting from scratch. I have been sick for the past few weeks. I haven't felt myself since christmas. Now I have a head cold again......But I have signed up for a 5k in June and Sept. So I have to get into gear.

    I just got over being sick as well. I had started week 1, but got sick in the middle and haven't exercised since. :ohwell: I'll probably restart next Monday and redo week 1.

    How did you guys do on this? I am on my first week of running. I'm proud of myself for the mere 2 minutes I managed to do it.
