    I am also South East London (SE18) and would love to join in on the support...makes it so much easier. I am following a low carb plan however, friends on any type of healthy eating plan welcome as its ultimately about motivating each other to stick to our goals via our individual paths :)

    I've been here a while.

    Starting weight 15 stone 9 lb
    current weight 200lb
    lowest weight 185.
    target 175

    I work for a university and I am currently doing a research project in relation to Bowel cancer (My mum died 2 years ago from it)
    So i am on a VLCD for that project - normally I follow a 1400-1600 cal diet.
