    My downfall is carbs in the evening. So, no carb snacks during the evening for 21 days...starting today!

    My 21 days:
    No eating passed 6 pm
    No bing eating after 6 pm
    No sweets
    Use my new treadmill.
    Wil write in my notes for food and exercise.

    My 21 Days:
    Not to eat sweets after dinner. I'm so bad about this. I eat heatly all day until after dinner when my sweet tooth kicks in. It's like I become a savage animal. LOL

    My 21 day challenge is not to eat after 9:00pm (I regularly get to bed by 2am, so 6 or 7 is out of the question)

    My 21 day challenge is:

    Exercise every day.
    Eat healthy.
    Track everything I eat on MFP.

    ...and my biggest:

    Form a healthy sleeping habit.

    I think the last one will be the most difficult. I want to get 7-8 hrs a night. I tend to get 3 one night and like 11 the next. My company began to close about 2 months ago and my hrs in the office are from 1-3 a day. Without any reason to get up in the morning it's hard to get out of bed. This is hurting my health, my weight, and my motivation.

    Today is my birthday!! I consider each birthday as the start of my personal new year. It is a time to reflect on how I have grown over the last year and also to set goals for the next year of my life. I use this time to get organized and focus which is hard for me to do. My 21 day challenge is to stop drinking and focusing on cleansing my body and eating more healthier, doing more yoga and meditation while focusing on my business.
