For those of you that enjoyed your healthy breakfast and it filled you up, today should be really easy. Eat the same breakfast this morning, and go to the food log. Click "quick tools" and select "copy from yesterday." That's it. Your "job" for the next week is to eat a wonderful, delicious breakfast, and click two buttons. Your breakfast is on its way to autopilot. Next week, we'll switch it up, so don't think you'll have to eat the same meal all the time.
For those of you who found your chosen breakfast too restrictive, or tasteless, please try a different breakfast today that is tasty, filling, supports your health, and within your calorie limits. If the meal is too difficult, you are more likely to give up, so be kind to yourself and set yourself up for success.
Let me know how it went below.

Easy and delicious, yay! The grapefruit I had this morning was sweet, and I drank my water too. Logging was also super easy!0

I'm off today, so i slept until 9:30. Just made myself brunch; Pig-in-blankie with a Nathan's frank and a low fat croissant. 320 calories of bad goodness! Still on track for the day though.0

Yooby, your breakfast sounds delicious and low in calories. Just remember we are looking to create new "go to" meals - things you would eat habitually, even if you are having a bad day, or don't feel like being "good." That means you'd eat this same meal - alot. So, in addition to being delicious and low cal, it also has to be beneficial for your health. And I might have said all of this because your breakfast sounded more fantastic than mine, so have a great breakfast tomorrow! :-)0 -

You said this breakfast was moderately filling. Is that enough food for you in the mornings? Are you hungry in the mornings, or pretty ok?0 -

I eat my lunch early at 11.30 am so I am moderately full but I thinking of adding string cheese or an egg for protein, satiety and feel full.0
