I'm not upset about it. Aunt Flo came for a visit last night and I can usually count on her to saddle me with some water weight for a week or so. Lame, but whatever.0 -

I got in a snowmobile accident last week (nothing too serious but haven't been able to work out at all this week). I think starting next week my ankle will be good enough to get walking again. Gotta focus more on better eating.
Nice work everyone! All your numbers are really motivating!0 -
Back on the losing track.
Start: 187 (for weeks)
4/11: 185 (YEAH!)0 -
I tend to bounce up or down by two pounds. This week I was all over the place. Up two, down one, etc. At weigh-in I was down .2 pounds. So truth be told, this week I have just been maintaining my original weight. I have actually been doing that for awhile now, so something has to change. This week I plan to make better food choices, not just stay in my calorie zone , but choice healthier foods, more vegetables and pushing myself more when I workout. Hopefully by next weigh-in my two pound bounce will be in a lower bracket.0

I was happy to stay the same. I've been eating anything and everything and treating low blood sugars with lots of sweet treats. Time for an adjustment in Insulin and a crack down on my eating.
Great job guys!!! Thanks for the inspiration!!!0 -

Bit late to the game as I had a busy week, but here's my April losses so far:
Highest weight: 107kg (236lb)
Weight in March 2014 (started using MFP): 104kg (229lb)
Starting challenge weight: 102kg (225lb)

Can't wait to be below 100kg, as my BMI will go from obese to overweight! (Small victories )0 -
Are weekly weigh ins required? I feel like I can quickly become obcessed w/ the scale, and I am trying to avoid that as much as possible....is month weigh in ok?0
