Hey all! Nice to see a group that is focused on knee health. I am recovering from surgery and am on crutches for the next 8 weeks, ugh! I have physical therapy to aid recovery but also need inspiration for workouts for upper body etc. tricks and tips for continuing with weight loss while laid up. Feel free to friend me if you have similar experience and want to share. thanks.

Keep up on PT! When allowed get to bending that knee. It also helped to walk backwards and also back pedal on the bike. Wish you the best for I am 22 years out from acl plus a couple clean-outs and 1 screw removed. They slung the knee too tight and I just spent 1 yr in PT getting my lower leg bones back in line ( 21 yrs out). Losing weight was the best thing!

Maybe lift weights for the upper body. You might want to use the machines so no strain on the knee. Remember to not push too hard and you will be playing ball in 6 months! :drinker:
