I did not find this group until I was already at work, but a group of ladies at work happen to be starting a weight loss challenge today and brought a scale in. I borrowed it to check what I was.....my scale at home says I weigh less than this one does, lol. (isn't that frustrating?! The doctor's always says I weigh more too....)
**Warning - I am petite and already lost about 10-15 lbs on MFP last year
But in general, I started MFP in January 2013 at around 125 lbs
-Scale at home says around 110 last I checked, but today on scale at work it says 116
I am not looking to lower the number on the scale as much as I want to change my shape, get rid of the gut, slim down my triceps0 -
