Week 6 runs from 4/14 to 4/20. Half way there!
Optional mini challenge for the week: Wake up each morning this week and tell yourself, “I can do this.”
Remember, we are doing a running total of percentage lost. Use your starting weight when you joined this challenge, and subtract this week’s weigh-in. If you’ve lost weight since last week, your percentage this week will be bigger compared to what you posted last week.

Formula for figuring combined weekly %
1. starting weight when you join challenge – this week’s weight
2. divide weight lost by starting weight
3. Mutliply by 100
Anyone is welcome to join the challenge at any time. To join, set your weight loss goal for Memorial Day and post what percentage you’re working towards losing.
Here’s the formula for figuring your goal %:
1. current weight this week – Memorial Day goal weight
2. divide weight lost by current weight this week
3. multiply by 100
I know that some of us weigh multiple times a week. Please post just one result for the weekly results list. But, feel free to post encouragement to others as many times as you want, tell us about your progress, or little victories.

Edit: My personal mini-challenge this week is to up my fat intake to a daily average of at least 80% of my calories.0 -

I have hit the weight that I hoped I could reach before starting this diet, and learning that unlike ever other diet I have tried, this works. :happy:0 -

Slow and steady...now at 1.8%.
Have lowered my carbs some more this week, so far so good!0 -

Weekly loss is 0.26%. Total loss is 0.79%.
Is it 6 or 7 more weeks of the challenge left to go?
Weight training may have impeded my loss a little this week - had a free killer personal training session Monday evening.

I counted 6 weeks left on Monday. Now it's almost 5 1/2.0

Stayed the same again. I am seeing a difference in my body just not the scale. Maybe next week it will start to reflect more.0

Didn't realize we had a new thread every week, and have been posting in the original one.. lol I had thought that everyone quit and was just using it to track for myself. I hope I am still considered a participant.
I am up this week by 3lbs that's a gain of 1.63% this week. I know why though, and I figure next week I will be back down.0 -
I didn't get a chance to post my weigh-in last Friday, but here it is finally: down 7.45% total. Woot! That's 13.2 lbs lost since starting this challenge.
