    Congrats and stay with it. Drink lots of water and get some exercise. Weight lifting is also important.

    I've been doing all 3 :)

    I'm doing Body For Life which is weights 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week. I got a Costco card and bought a 24 pack of 1 liters for $5, and am going through AT LEAST 2 a day.
