We celebrate every 0.5 lbs. fat burn. So 0.7 lbs. is great for our height and size.

    Week 2 weigh in: 117.6

    Week 3 weight in 117.00

@bikinisuited , I am in the same situation losing .6 lbs...but, I will take that too...cause right now I am on a LOSS of Body Fat quest. You are VERY fortunate at your young age, you are taking care of your body NOW, because as you get older, you won't have to worry. Just don't lose focus. For the last 40 years I ate refined carbs, and getting older I accumulated the Body Fat...(sigh)...I am about to get RID of it in the coming months...and happy for it. WTG!!

@Kathy ... THX for all you do...My Omron says I am 36.5...average. I will probably start my strength program by the end of the week. Sooo much material to pore through. But I am excited. I found this 100 barbell set, and WHEN I can lift 100 lbs...THEN I won't be afraid to go to the gym, and try my hand at lift more, but that is a LONG way away. By this time NEXT year, I just don't want my bodyfat to be 36.5. (smile)...and it WON'T!!!

Thank you lady! Honestly, I do eat lots of veggies, fruits, but I splurge couple times a week. Now @ my age 41 yo, I feel I have to work harder to get rid of cellulite. I completely understand. Let's continue to push to finish goal weight!!:flowerforyou:

    Week 1: 127.2
    Week 2: 126.2
    Week 3: 126.0!

Waist: 27 inches (down 2 in. from last two weeks)
    Hips: 38 inches (down 1 inch " ")
    Thigh: 22.5 (up .5 inches, but that's ok :p)
    BMI: 22.3 (down .2)
BF%: 25 (down 3-4% from last time). I think I'm going to just stick to the fat2fit calculator since going to a bunch of them only confuses me. Fat2fit gives me the highest value. Two other calculators I did said I was at 22. I'm not sure if that's true so I'm sticking with the high one.

Lost an inch around my hips (yay!) though I'm not going to expect much more to go down since my hips are naturally big. However, I'm really feeling thinner, as are my legs :D.

I'm worried about a plateau now since I've lost a lot of weight already and I don't eat a lot (because I don't move a lot, not b/c I like starving myself). But I'm hoping the gym trips and the new bodyweight routine I'm doing will help with building muscle and getting a little more exercise in :).

Going food shopping again this week, and I'm planning to have lotses of protein food :D.

@bikinisuited - You look fantastic for being 41. My daughter is 43, and she has always been nutritionally conscious and an avid snowboarder all of her life. When she was 140 lbs to my 120 lbs I could fit into her cute clothes... When she was studying to be a nurse, her active lifestyle went out the window, and she gained weight which surprised me. I was sooo happy when she found the right guy to settle with, and at age 38 she had my grandson. She weight lifts and watching her food intake again...and will soon be back to her former body. She *did* made me the happiest "Nanang". Now I have two WONDERFUL Grands 2 and almost 4, and THEY keep me going. With my LCHF way of eating, I am keeping an eye on the cellulite that has made itself comfortable on my body...:grumble: But I *know* it will disappear when I get into the weight training. Thank you...we WILL reach our goals! Thank you for the response :drinker: Deb:flowerforyou:
