With Easter coming up I have been thinking a lot about how to be successful over the holiday. What do you do to have success over the holiday? Do you give yourself a cheat day? Do you pick on indulgence and try to stay on track otherwise? Do you just try to exercise a ton so that in the end it evens out?

I'm not a good example, because I give myself a cheat day. Although, will also make sure I exercise that day BEFORE eating.

I am at an advantage with the Easter (and all holidays) since I have no family close by me; I am four states away. I do agree with Shannon though, exercise before you indulge to give yourself a little cushion with the cals.
Oh, and back away from those candies!!! Well, maybe one to make sure they are good for the kiddies.

I am a very very bad example. I make sure I log so that I am aware of what I eat .. Indulged 3,000 KCal last Christmas!
I also drink lots of water to keep me somewhat full.0
