Monday Check-in

Hey all! Hope your weekend went well. I overate Fri, Sat, Sun, so back on it today.

Plan for the week:
M - I have upper body weights today.
T - I'll probably try this HIIT Combat workout.
W - Lower Body Weights.
Th - Some kinda cardio
F - Upper Body again
Sa - I'll probably try to hit up a cardio class at the gym. Maybe try the R.I.P.P.E.D. class.
Su - EASTER SUNDAY - WOOHOOO!! Just to give you a heads up - I am SCHEDULING a binge day. I have not had meat, chocolate, ice cream, custard, pepsi, or alcohol since March 5th. I plan do do ALL of it Sunday.

Tell me 'sup with y'all...

    Hello! I overate Saturday night for absolutely no reason and was so disgusted with myself. But back on track Sunday, so it's fine.

    As usual the week is a bit crazy, with the added craziness of church all week but here is my tentative plan:

    M: Run 5 miles
    T: Have a meeting at 6:00, so likely I will do either 30 minutes on the tm (walk uphill) or a Zumba or other video
    W: Would love to get to CX works at the gym. If I get to the gym will do ST
    T: Church so it will be something at home later
    F: Run? (Or some cardio). This is grocery shopping night, so will have to be after that.
    S: Definitely run. And normal Saturday cleaning
    S: Really need to get some type of workout in as I'm planning on some Easter goodies

    Wow that is a LOT to give up! I gave up coffee and I will be that girl in church Sunday with the "Big Gulp" sized coffee.

    Monday-walk for 30 minutes before sons baseball game
    Tuesday-double header and my other kiddo has practice so probably nothing :(
    Wed 45 min walk with husband
    Thursday-30 min walk, 20 min stationary bike
    Friday- trying to get to a zumba class if I have child care, if not walk for an hour at the park while kids play
    Sat-all day at the baseball fields will be running around like crazy
    SUNDAY_NOTHING spending time with family

    I have been sticking to my program PERFECTLY and only down .8 lbs in the last 5 days. grrrrrr. but it's down and down is good. :)

    I've been doing the lindora program for the last few weeks and i have one more check in there before i'm on my own. My husband and I are looking to do the Chris Powell carb-cycling plan starting next monday. Anyone have any experience with it?

    Hi guys
    Well today is my 49th Bithday and also my weigh in day and I'm thrilled to have lost another 3 pounds!!
    Tonight I'm celebrating on my own with a healthy ready meal for 1 and a glass of wine!
    I'm so so on my plan at the moment!
    My tip is that every time I have a coffee with fat free milk I also have a large glass of water!! And I'm walking for at least 1 hour per day!!

    Hope everyone else is doing okay!
